1. Where are you located?
We operate out of Streamwood, IL. All items are packed and shipped directly from our home office (with help from our cats, Peter and Toby 🐾).
2. Are your cards authentic?
Absolutely. We only sell 100% authentic Pokémon products, including singles, sealed items, and graded slabs. All our slabs are professionally graded by PSA, CGC, or Beckett—no fakes, no exceptions.
3. How do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship via USPS with tracking. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
4. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of collectibles, all sales are final. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order—like damage during shipping or a wrong item—please contact us ASAP, and we’ll make it right.
5. Do you buy cards or accept trades?
At the moment, we’re not accepting trades or buylists, but it’s something we’re exploring for the future. Stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media!
