Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS and include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are a flat 5$.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200. Be sure to check our homepage or banner for current deals.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking is provided, it is in the hands of the carrier. PnTPoke is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with USPS if needed.
