At PnTPoke, we take great care in packaging and shipping your items. Every card, slab, and product is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Due to the collectible nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please double-check all item details and photos before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at michael@pntpoke.com. We may request photos of the packaging and product in order to assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped and tracking is provided, it is in the hands of the carrier. PnTPoke is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
